Launch Labs Completes SOC 2® Type 2 Examination

Launch Labs is proud to announce the successful completion of our System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2® Type 2 examination. SOC 2 is a widely recognized framework developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to help service organizations demonstrate their commitment to data security. This independent assessment, conducted by the audit firm BARR Advisory, P.A., provides independent validation that our internal controls for security and confidentiality were not only designed correctly but operated effectively throughout the evaluation period.

What is the Difference Between Type 1 and Type 2?

While our previous Type 1 examination evaluated the design of our security controls at a specific point in time, the SOC 2 Type 2 report goes a step further. It tests the operational effectiveness of those controls over an extended period (October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025).

This achievement validates that our systems and processes—specifically those regarding Security and Confidentiality—are performing as intended to safeguard customer data day in and day out.
